Providing rapid onset and long lasting protection
Ingelvac MycoFLEX® provides protection against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae as early as 2 weeks after vaccination.20 In a challenge study, the median EP-like lung lesion score was shown to be significantly reduced in pigs vaccinated at 3-4 weeks of age compared to non-vaccinated pigs when challenged with a virulent strain of M hyo 14 days later and necropsied 28 days after challenge.20
Protection is still evident 26 weeks after vaccination. In a challenge study, the incidence of EP-like lung lesions were shown to be significantly reduced in piglets vaccinated at 3-4 weeks, challenged 26 weeks after vaccination and slaughtered 33 days after M hyo challenge.21
