Ingelvac CircoFLEX's^® excellent safety record

The excellent safety and tolerability of Ingelvac CircoFLEX^® has been demonstrated in both laboratory and field studies.^13,14

With Ingelvac CircoFLEX^® a significantly lower incidence and severity of injection site lesions were recorded compared with other PCV2 vaccines (as marketed in the USA).^13,14

Ingelvac CircoFLEX^® is free from mineral oil which may account for the low incidence of systemic adverse reactions recorded.

Accidental self-administration

In terms of injection site reactions, Ingelvac CircoFLEX^® adjuvant contains no mineral oil or other inflammatory substances and has been shown to be as safe as injecting saline.^14,20 This therefore not only benefits the pig, it also reduces the risk to the producer in relation to accidental self-administration.
